Last year the company .... Last year and the year before the
last year and the year before the company i work for... my supervisor... constantly shorted me 5 to 15 hours a week... for at the least 6 months... i discussed it several times with his supervisors,,, it would stop for a couple of weeks and then start up again... and i would complain again... i wasnt allowed to talk to the owner or anyone else... i started keeping a personal log for my time and locations of work ..but wound up going into the hospital in april... while there... the owner found that my supervisor and his supervisors were embassiling from the company as a whole... not knowing any of this myself before my release ... the owner ask me for my personal journal... to show my where abouts as well as whom i had worked with in those locations... i found out that the owner is now using my journal as evidence in a major lawsuit against my past supervisors... i have requested my journal more than several times over the course of the year... without it ... i dont have the physical proof i need... MY QUESTION... what can i do … read more
