I have a question about an injury that happened at work but
I have a question about an injury that happened at work but the injury happened due to negligence by another person. This person is Autistic and has caused several incidents on the job before. Superiors were notified of these incidents but they have not placed this individual in a department that would be more suitable to fit their needs. Last year she also had a work related injury and sent her to workers Corp doctors. She did not get better. They sent her to physical therapy, gave her some medication and that was it. It wasn't until she went to another doctor this year, we found out that her muscle has been torn off her bone for over a year and she needs surgery. Would we be able to take legal action against this company for negligence in either or both incidences? … read more
