Yes, Employee age 59 1/2, 15 years of successful service with company, company sold new group took over, demeaned and harassed employee with derogatory emails, employee is partially disabled, was on SSDI, still has a disability rating, did not provide training, manager did not support employee. employee was ignored, and employee was inundated with an amount of work that could not be completed. Employee injured herself picking up heavy boxes because no support was provided. Employee was able to take FMLA, when released , she was sent to some training classes out of state, but no fill in for their job and work was not able to be completed. employee workload was 12-14 hours per day. 3 weeks after Dr's release employee was terminated for performance.
