Thank you for your post. I am a bit confused though about what your employer is telling you about military leave. Are you saying that they are trying to deny you the right to fulfill your military orders? What is the military duty you are expecting orders for? Have you just returned from military leave under orders and if so, how long were you out of your job? If I don't respond right away, it is because I am offline.
