I am looking into possible obtaining a lawyer. This will be against my current employer and I am not sure what I should do.

Lawyer's Assistant: Have you discussed this with a manager or HR? Or with a lawyer?

I just decided on Monday because to seek counsel.

Lawyer's Assistant: Are you an "at will" employee? Do you belong to a union?

No I do not belong to a union.

Lawyer's Assistant: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
