I am working with a non profit and have a concern about their board and committee slating process that I would like to challenge - I would like to hire a lawyer to review my demand letter to this not for profit

1. The slate of available BOD positions was handed out at the January EVWL meeting. But a slate of available project chairs positions was not made available.
2. What if they never followed their slating process can you add that to the letter.

You can state that they did not follow the slating process in the bylaws by making the committees available before the meeting, but that does not change the actual decision they made.

I think you need to meet with them to clear the air, whether they change their minds or not. Keep everything professional, no name calling or even finger pointing.
