I AM FORMER SPOUSE OF LIVING VETERAN WITH WHOM I WAS MARRIED TO FOR 28 YRS. I AM ALSO WIDOW OD A SECOND HUSBAND OF 37 YRS WHO DIED 12/13/14.where do i get forms info etc to input claim papers?

Legal document - legal document states 42 1/2 percent of his retirement goes to me . Of course, I never collected any as long as second husband was living.
