Is there a wrongful termination or discrimination case if an employee gets laid off after taking a 2 week medical leave for surgery for breast cancer?
JA: Because laws vary from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?

JA: Is the employment agreement "at will," union, full time or part time?
Customer: full time
