Health insurance companies require...

Health insurance companies require two employees to start a company plan. Can i file myself and my wife as employees even though there's currently no income or salary?

Lawyer's Assistant: Have you documented this or discussed it with HR?

No there's currently no HR. This is my own LLC just getting started

Lawyer's Assistant: Is the employment agreement "at will," union, full time or part time?

I'm not sure. Probably part time

Lawyer's Assistant: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?

I currently have a full time job. This LLC is currently only being used for opportunistic consulting and hopefully for health insurance.

You both need to be bona fide employees. Each should have tasks and some pay even if small so the plan is not subject to challenge! Please let me know if the reply is acceptable by responding “yes” or “acceptable”
