Hey, I've got some questions...
Hey, I've got some questions in regarding my FMLA taken due to maternity leave.
JA: Have you documented this or discussed it with HR?
Customer: Yes, somewhat. I feel as though they are violating my rights under FMLA leave due to a no fault policy created the day I came back. It's kind of complicated.
JA: Is the employment agreement "at will," union, full time or part time?
Customer: at will.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: there is a lot that the lawyer will need to know. I'm not sure if they'd like that information or if you'd like to take that information down and give it to them
