We are putting one of our electricians through a sps accreditation course is it legal for us to pay for it and advise the employee that if he leaves with in 2 years he has to pay us a portion of the course cost?
JA: Have you documented this or discussed it with HR?
Customer: No the owner wants to know if it is legal first.
JA: Is the employment agreement "at will," union, full time or part time?
Customer: full time.
