I am sorry to hear this. I would at this point submit your concerns in writing to your HR department. if this issue continues the state labor agency would want to know that you did give them notice of your concerns before intervening.
Have they responded? Did you put it in writing?
It is unreasonable but not sure it rises to the level of filing a lawsuit. If you quit, then you would likely lose any unemployment benefits. You could file a complaint now with your state labor board.
I understand but they still have to abide by employment laws.
