check from, decided to make he and his coworker independent contractors. He was responsible to obtaining business insurance, vehicle insurance, and gas. As of July, my husband no longer has steady work. He has worked 1-day within the past 2-weeks. Although I work, my husband's income subsidized our household. He did not sign a contract nor was offered a severance package. His boss simply cut the work and on calls
him on an as needed basis. Is this legal?
