I fell and shattered my arm and was unable to work for 10

Customer Question

I fell and shattered my arm and was unable to work for 10 weeks. I have been released by my doctor and am looking for employment. It has been 12 weeks with no income and I need assistance until I secure a job. What do I do?
JA: Because employment law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: Tennessee
JA: Is the employment agreement "at will," union, full time or part time?
Customer: I was working part time but had only been at the job for a couple of weeks before the accident. No help from employer.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: no
