I have been putting money into a 401K for 2 year plus, as of Jan of 2016 no money has gone into the 401K account, when it has been deducted from my paycheck every week. Do I have any legal concerns?
JA: What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location.

JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have talked with my boss and we use a payroll company, ADP, to handle this with our paychecks. No seems to no more the money is going.

The employer and ADP need to correct this immediately. Otherwise you can report to the labor board and sue. You also should demand additional amounts to cover for the lost appreciation as most stocks and bonds have gone up in the last 2 years.
