I went out on LTD due to kidney failure now I am being told

Customer Question

I went out on LTD due to kidney failure now I am being told my pension is penalized due to leaving early from my management job at AT&T. I had already qualified for the age plus service rule of 75 before my disability. I just recently had a transplant and am concerned I will loose my disability yet I may have to depend on getting the most out of my pension benefit. I am 59 years old and went out on disability July of 2013 and had a transplant August of 2016.
