Customer Question

I was told SS would take 35% of my pension. I find this is hard to believe. I started working in SS at age 15. I am retiring at age 70 at the end of March. I only worked part-time for several years because I was at home with my children. At age 55 I moved to Las Vegas to be close to my son and his family and after working at a low paying job for several years, found a job in the PURS system at age 60.
JA: Because employment law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: Nevada
JA: Is the employment agreement "at will," union, full time or part time?
Customer: at will, full time
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: not that I know of.
