Second opinion] - My employer has been deducting money out

Customer Question

Second opinion] - My employer has been deducting money out of my paychecks bi weekly. I had no idea i was being deducted, they said i logged into my account and chose the plans i wanted and that i have no choice but to pay without any of my consent. my mom said she logged on with my social security number and chose plans for me, but she says she could not sign for me so she left it as is. I never signed anything, or got a call from, anyone, or mail or emailed by the insurance companies charging me this amount or from HR is this right? Can i Cancel my plans with them when ever i want? they say something about IRS code 125

I am sorry, but I do not know what your issue is about.

Is this insurance coverage issue? A 401 k plan issue?

Kindly explain.

Thank you for your cooperation.
