Hi there.. I was curious what the statue of limitations were for suing your employer for forcing you to pump breast milk in the bathroom?
JA: Because employment law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: California
JA: Is the employment agreement "at will," union, full time or part time?
Customer: I was part time then and this happened in 2012. I never said anything to anyone because I was fearful of losing my job.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: I'm not sure if our employment agreement is at will.. and it may very well be way to late to even do anything about it.
