I was recently taken off of a full time day shift forklift

I was recently taken off of a full time day shift forklift position due to the fact that I had a migraine blackout (2nd time this has happened in 6 months) I went to the dr and was released to return to work (2 days off). when I returned HR said they were not comfortable with this, so they said I have to work for 90 days 3rd shift (6pm-6am fri, sat,sun,mon) and will review again to see if they have an opening on 1st shift. I am a single mother of a 4 year old foster child, I have been an employee here for over 10 years, do I have any legal ground here?
