Customer Question

I was fired because I posted a pic of myself at my job. I was told this was a safety violation to have my phone out at work. I work in a very fast paced wood plant but I had just returned from lunch and had not started my machine up Later that day I sent 6 pictures that other employees had posted all taken at work. That night the HR person came to the plant called everyone in and had them resign the cell phone policy. This happened after the HR person received the pictures of the other employees. Could I get my job back?

Before we begin a bit more detail would be helpful please.

1. Do you have a written employment agreement requiring cause for termination?

2. Do you believe you were treated differently than other employees due to your race, religion, ethnicity, etc.?
