Customer Question

I am a Confidential Administrative Assistant at the Interboro School District. Confidentials were pulled from the IEPA Collective Bargaining group due to we are not allowed to pay dues, which are used for the negotiation process but we always followed the IEPA contract no matter what the outcome. The Interboro Board of Directors this year do not want me to follow the IEPA contract. They said since we do not belong to the IEPA Collective Bargaining Group, that we have to accept whatever they offer. Do we not have to represented by the group we would belong if it were not for the negotiations process?
