What type of benefits are you referring to?

All employee benefits normally associated with such employment as vacation, etc.

Unfortunately, vacation pay and benefits are not mandatory in the USVI or under US law. What an employer provides to an employee in the form of benefits or vacation or sick pay is up to the employer's discretion as employment in the US VI is at will employment. Thus, the employer can decide whether employees working less than 12 months a year are entitled to benefits or not entitled to benefits and the laws do not mandate or dictate what the employer must do regarding these benefits I am sorry to say.
