I am on a "Paid Administrative Leave' while my employer

Customer Question

I am on a "Paid Administrative Leave' while my employer (Home Depot Canada) does an investigation sounds like, have you spoken to someone inappropriately or some supposed form of sexual harassment. All of which I deny vehemently.
Question is: I have been called back for tomorrow, for their review. Do I have to answer any questions, and do I have to sign anything/

You do not have to answer any questions or sign anything. Whether you answer questions or sign anything is your decision and they cannot make you do either.

I hope that helped. Please ask any follow-up questions. Please rate my answer so that I may be credited for my time. I thank you in advance for your cooperation.
