My insurance agency was recently acquired is a stock

Customer Question

good morning. my insurance agency was recently acquired is a stock transfer deal. stock to be paid in 3 years once we achieve revenue levels. I was required to surrender all my licenses, roll my portfolio into this firm and lead the new division.
After 4 months this firm has not lived up to their end of the bargain as represented in our negotiations. They are putting an abusive amount of pressure on me and not providing resources. Finally my firm is dissolved so now i have nothing.
What is my recourse.

Thank you for your question. I look forward to working with you to provide you the information you are seeking for educational purposes only.
Did the contract you have with them specify what they would provide to you in this deal? Resources etc?
