I went to the hospital to get a p replacement on March 2nd.

Customer Question

I went to the hospital to get a hip replacement on March 2nd. On March 4th I noticed that I have shadows in front of my eyes and the next day I had no vision in my left eye. After I spent a week at the University of Utah Medical Center it was determined that the loss of vision was caused due to hip replacement surgery.
Do I have a cause to sue the hospital?
