Can a job call the hospital talk with a manager to ask for a work release form for there employee after the employee gave them a work release paper to find out the job fax over the same work release the employee gave them for the hospital to write on

Do you need a consent for any information to fax and the hospital don't keep copies nor notes

I was making sure that a job can not contact the hospital after a employee give them a note from the hospital via fax without my permission and that the hospital should not send nothing back to the job without my permission
