Customer Question

My employer's meal period policy is not consistent with the law. I am told to only file a missed meal form for shortened or interrupted meal periods however, it doesn't state that I to file a missed meal form if I wasn't fully relieved of my duty. I have been employed by this company for over 10 years and when I work the weekends there isn't anyone to relieve me thus I must remain available to fulfill by obligations. Is my employer violating the law and if so, am I entitled to unpaid wages?
