I would like to talk with an attorney about an issue of my

Customer Question

I would like to talk with an attorney about an issue of my HIPPA rights being violated and this was proven, but only resulted in offender getting fired. I did not sue at the time as I was in throes of severe mental illness, which was the reason for the breach of my rights. I am wondering if I could still sue, or has my time run out. I do not have the emails on my email, but could find them in archives. I know it happened after June 1, 2008. Do I have a chance?
