Customer Question

Fell at work September 12, 2012. Contacted workman comp - claim was accepted. After workman comp took their time with assisting with my needs I contacted a lawyer.
Panel from workman comp was sent and I followed up with one of their doctors. MRI's were done and I had nerves pressing on disk as well as hamstring injury. Had two complete physical therapies (land and water). Had three nerve blocks and ablation of my nerves on both sides of my lower back (still pain).
Before the nerve blocks and ablation my lawyer advised me to settle because I was still trying to work. Now my PCP has taken me off work due to pain, etc. My job tells me that I may not be guaranteed a job as of July 12, 2016 because my FML has been extended for 90 days (until August)
Workman comp already has approved me to see a spine doctor - they have my paper work but have not made the appt.
More info to follow.....this is just a brief summary.
Please advise. Thank you.
