When patrons get refused at a public facility like a restaurant. That is discrimination. Would not a club be considered a public facility? Jews and Blacks cannot be refused membership at a private club. Is this not the same?

Yes, it is the same. It is actionable on the exact same legal theory. I am not in disagreement with you on this at all.

If you think you can establish that you were denied service because of your race, and it certainly seems that may be what happened, then yes you would have a case.
