I work company in Austin and I have been with them years.

Customer Question

I work for a company in Austin and I have been with them for 2 years.
Every year we receive a review and a increase in pay.
I reminded my supervisor of my review on Monday 5/31/16 and she responded with, " oh yes that is right". On Wednesday 6/2/16 I asked her again regarding my review, she in turn told me to "shut up".
Needless to say I have not asked again, what do I do in regards ***** *****?
I appreciate any professional assistance.
Thank you,

Good morning Marty. I am Loren, a licensed attorney for over 30 yrs, and I look forward to assisting you.

Before we begin a bit more detail would be helpful please.

1. Do you have a written employment agreement mandating annual salary review and requiring cause for termination?

2. Do you believe you were treated differently than other employees due to your race, religion, ethnicity, etc.?

3. Are you asking if the supervisor broke any laws by telling you to "shut up"?
