Customer Question

Hi! My employer gave me a promotion 3 months ago, but because of that promotion i have been driving extra hours total each day. Also, new location store hours are different so i am also losing hours approximately 2-3 weekly. Also, the new position promises monthly bonus and overwrite of total business. Its been 2 months, there is no overwrite and bonus and extra hours or willing to pay my travel cost. My boss just brushes off friendly while i asked professionally and He seemed to be ignore my concern completely. I work at retail as a business manager.
Can you suggest anything for me please?

Good Evening, Thanks for your question. From a legal standpoint, you don't have a lot of recourse but you may make some progress by requesting an official meeting with your supervisor and discussing your concerns. If your immediate supervisor will not agree to a meeting, I would suggest escalating your concerns to human resources. Feel free to ask additional follow up questions and please don't forget to rate me. Thanks, Amber
