I work in a risky environmental job.others have received severance

Customer Question

I work in a risky environmental job.others have received severance packages due to sensitive documents. I want to leave due to some risk changes due to managers that ignore risk and safety issues.
I do not want the risks to be associated with my department, since I did not make policy.
I want to ask for a severance agreement to hold harmless both do I handle?

You can certainly negotiate both a hold harmless clause and ask for indemnity for all claims that may arise related to your employment.
