Hello. My name is ***** ***** I am an attorney. I'll be happy to help you. If safety is a concern she needs to notify her employer that she feels unsafe. She also needs to look at her contract which will state whether she is permitted to be transferred to an alternate position. I hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any questions or you need me to clarify anything.
