I am a nurse ciordinator in a surgery center
My annual performance raise was put on hold because of some conplaints from staff (1&2)about favoritism etc
Does my supervisor have the right to hold my annual performance raise becausr of this accusations.. She even stated that my performance EXCELs
Favoritism which is not true coz i am always proud of my team even calling them the DREaM TEAM except for 1 or 2 that file complaint against m
My immediate supervisors demanded for m to sign the accusations which i refused to sign
Put m on probation without my knowledge
& hold my annual performance raise
Is this legal for them to do this
