my employer laid me off whole out for knee replacement he said I didn't qualify for fmla because they didn't have fifty workers I am excellent worker worked there 5 years with excellent reviews and attendance I decided to hire a lawyer now I received a letter that I must go to court in boston,mass and meet the commonwealth of mass commission against discrimation I have nothing to hide but never went to court before is this a normal thing to do for a claimant I am afraid they will eat me up in court or does my lawyer handle and I just stand there I am honest I have nothing to hide he wrongfully let me go because of my operation and that wring he should have waited he laid me off after 2 week off hospital please advise
