I am very concerned that my employer is discriminating

Customer Question

Hello, I am very concerned that my employer is discriminating against me due to my age. I am 61 years old. The company is Honeywell International, a $38 Billion conglomerate. I am based in Atlanta. I want to know if there is an attorney who may take a case like this on a contingency.

Regrettably, most Attorneys do not take employment discrimination cases on 100% contingency basis. Most would ask for substantial retainer to start a case with U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or the state counterpart and then would demand a percentage of the award if the employee prevail or the attorney fees awarded to the employee, whichever is higher.
