My husband has been working for a company for 3 years. The last one year he has been working as a project manager for this company. His boss agreed-upon 25% commission on all profit that he brought in a verbal agreement. His boss is now refusing to pay him any commission can we do anything about this. He was not paid commission for the first two years of working there because he was under a different job title and his job is not to bring in jobs for the company. He has proof of the profit that he brought in
