Hello my name is***** i worked for ups 12 years i left in 2005 how can i use the money now that is just sitting there instead of waiting untill i am 65 i am 41years old and can use it now

I am in NY as well. If its a 401k plan you normally can ask for it right away in writing. There will be penalty for early withdrawl. You can also seek to roll it over to another account in your bank which your bank can initiate.
