Thank you for your question. Please permit me to assist you with your concerns.

To answer directly, it is not in any way illegal to post such information. As those evaluations belong to the company, the company is free to do with those evaluations as they deem fit...and if that includes posting them publicly, it is very much permitted. Of course it may create a basis for concern as far as a suit for defamation of character if the evaluation is false, but it is not illegal to file even if the information may be unfavorable.
