If u have only worked at a company for 2 weeks and have not received any compensation is a non compete enforceable? Thanks!

a non compete agreement can be enforced if you have signed the agreement, however, if the employer has failed to pay you for your work, a Court would consider this as a breach of contract by the employer, and could invalidate the non compete agreement.
