Under federal law, you have 180 days from that last date of discrimination to file a complaint with the EEOC, because they have to investigate before you can have a claim. Now, some states have their own age discrimination statutes and where they do, that time frame is extended in federal courts to 300 days, which you are beyond. Unfortunately, Colorado's state level statue only allows for a claim within 6 months of the offense too.
