Customer Question

I worked for the city as a Medicaid worker for 19 yrs. When I transferred to the help line the director told me I will not be trained so get that feeling out of my head. I informed the director that I never dealt with clients before so I really would like some training so I can answer the clients. When the clients called, most of the time I would give them an 800# ***** where I didn't know. I started feeling real guilty, my sugar was high, my blood pressure was 190/90. I started feeling my left hand getting numb so I had to quit. I would really like to get back a job but do not know where to look
