I recently terminated an employee who now has requested copies of all of his time sheets from the time he was employed Oct. 2014 thru June 2015. While employed he never questioned The hours he was paid for.
He was terminated for cause- violating company policy- REPEATED GOSSIP and ATTENDANCE.
DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE THIS DOCUMENTATION ?? I have already sent him a copy of his complete employment file.
