Customer Question

UPS did say that they violated no ADA rules or guidelines, and that they were under no obligation by company rules or union contract, to bring me back to work, or put me in anothewr job. My union contract says otherwise. I just wish the union would have
had the balls to back me up, and fight for what is right! The union should have helped me years ago. They knew what UPS was up to, and did nothing. I did 90% of the correspondence with UPS, and look where I am at today!
