Customer Question

If I am a 72 hour per 2 weeks and my day off is during a holiday week is my employer allowed to count the pad holiday as my day off. July. 3rd is a holiday and my day off should be July 2nd but I am not being given my day off. Some employees are being granted their day off that week.
