Tyler,Tx. I am unsure how to start the process. The company
The company I work for has allowed this one employee to blatantly disrespect me without him even being reprimanded. I am currently the only black female working in the company, and I currently hold the position of clinical supervisor. I have one nurse who is very insubordinate toward me. He tells me what he will and won't do regardless of me being his supervisor, and even after I have reported him numerous time to HR and have attempted to write him up nothing is being done. He even has gone to retaliate against me twice for trying to educate him and guide him on his performance and work. Corporate was aware of the retaliation and even went on to say, yeah we are aware of the time that he did report you was after we had attempted disciplinary action with him that he refused to signed and walked out. However, in the end I was the one that got wrote up once he retaliated against me d/t correcting his narrative with accurate information. Today at hand the employee yelled at me in front of several other staff including my supervisor and it wasn't even addressed. He has since reported me to the broad after this as a retaliation attempt stating that I falsified information when all the information put into the narrative was accurate. My Issues is that I am currently a black female who keeps getting bullied at work placed and continuously talked down to. I have not received any assistance from my supervisors and corporate who are aware of this behavioral. I do not understand how much more of this I have to take to where he has reported my license on falsified pretenses to the broad of nurses.
