I terminated my position 10/27 from previous employer. I provided in writing 3 weeks notice. This employer continued my health insurance without my request for November & December. He has not paid me my 72 hours of PTO time owed. He states this is due to the insurance was used for months of November & December. I am divorced, my daughter's father took my daughter to health care appointments & did not update insurance information. If my previous employer terminated my insurance on my termination date as asked a denial of service would have been generated & I would have been notified & rectified the situation.
