There is no basis for any negative action against her if you leave
as you are not the same person
that said, while there is no basis, in an employment at will state there is always risk
that employer will carry out retaliation and bad judgment without cause
Most firms wont retaliate in this manner recognizing there is basis for doing so.
Please let me know if that is clear.
But should they try to terminate her would they need documentation on, or could they just terminate her without cause
as it is an employment at will state
